Isle of Man maps
« on: 29 November 2017, 15:42:27 »
The Isle of Man is part of the British Isles, but not part of Great Britain, nor the United Kingdom.  The IOM is an internally self-governing Crown dependency, and as such has separate mapping arrangements.

The Isle of Man Government's official mapping body's website has links to MANNGIS, their Online Mapping Facility.

Mapping for academic projects is available via the UK based Eduserv organisation, and there are a few educational maps for free download. Large scale base maps area available to businesses at a cost. is a Society for One-Place Studies project supported by Grassroots Giving from Skipton Building Society
